Important: This is an interim policy version prepared for launch readiness and must be reviewed by licensed counsel before scale traffic.

BidNest operates a marketplace platform connecting homeowners and independent contractors. BidNest is not the service provider for construction work.

Platform role

• BidNest provides workflows for posting jobs, receiving bids, and communication
• Service contracts are between homeowners and contractors
• BidNest does not guarantee project outcomes or workmanship

Accounts and conduct

• Users must provide accurate information and maintain account security
• Fraud, abuse, and policy violations may result in account suspension
• Fees and commissions apply as disclosed in the product

Liability and disputes

• BidNest may assist dispute workflows but is not the contractor of record
• Users remain responsible for legal compliance in their jurisdiction
• Dispute process, arbitration language, and venue details are pending attorney finalization
