Important: This interim policy needs attorney review for state-specific contractor law, lien notices, and claims handling.

These terms apply to service providers using BidNest to discover projects and submit bids.

Eligibility and verification

• Contractors must provide accurate licensing and insurance details where required
• BidNest may request documentation and approve/reject/suspend accounts

Bids and fees

• Submitted bids must be truthful and include complete scope and assumptions
• Platform commissions and fee rules apply per published pricing
• BidNest does not guarantee project volume or awards

Responsibilities

• Contractors are responsible for services provided to homeowners
• Contractors agree to follow applicable law and safety standards
